As a student at Philadelphia University I had the privilege to take the study abroad course in Altos De Chavon (Dominican Republic) for two weeks. We paid close attention to the social problems occuring in the Dominican, and came up with a hypothetical solution to that problem. Domestic abuse appeared to be very common. This portion of the project that I am showing is a booklet that I designed and illustrated with the goal of educating, as well as liberating, young Domincan teens on their rights.
